Cancellation Policy

1. No Recurring Subscriptions

We do not operate subscriptions, auto-renewals, standing instructions, or stored-card billing. We do not store your card for future charges, and nothing is ever charged automatically. This means there is no recurring payment to "cancel" to avoid a future charge — there simply isn't one.

2. Fixed-Term Validity

Each paid product is valid for a fixed one-year term and then lapses on its own:

• A Professional Horoscope Profile remains active for one year and then lapses unless you choose to renew it. No action is needed to stop it — it will not renew or charge you automatically.
• An Astrologer Directory Listing remains active for one year and is then automatically expired and removed from the public directory unless you renew it.

3. Before You Pay

You can abandon the checkout at any time before completing payment — no charge is made and there is nothing to cancel.

4. Removing a Live Profile or Listing Early

If you want to take down a live profile or remove your astrologer listing from the directory before its term ends, email us at admin@jagannathahora.com and we will do it for you. There is no self-service takedown control in the app today. Note that removing content early is a voluntary choice and does not by itself create a refund entitlement — please see our Refund Policy.

5. Renewal Is Optional and Manual

Near the end of a term we may remind you that your profile or listing is about to expire. Renewing is entirely optional and is always a fresh one-time payment that you initiate — it is never automatic.
