1. About the Service

Jagannatha Hora is an independent web application that provides Vedic astrology calculations and tools — birth charts, divisional charts, dashas, planetary strengths, compatibility, and related computations — primarily for astrologers, students, and researchers. Most tools are free to use.

We also offer two paid products: a Professional Horoscope Profile and an Astrologer Directory Listing (see "Paid Products & Payment" below).

2. Nature of Astrological Content

The Service presents classical astrological computations for reference and guidance. It does not issue verdicts and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the information, and you should use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details and other information you enter, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Paid Products & Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and are set and verified on our servers — they are never taken from your browser. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

All purchases are one-time payments. You are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) or in US Dollars (USD) depending on the country you are in; your currency and price are determined on our servers, and the final amount is always shown to you in the payment window before you confirm. We do NOT operate any subscription, auto-renewal, standing instruction, or stored-card arrangement — nothing is ever charged to you automatically.

• Professional Horoscope Profile — ₹999 (INR) or $11.99 (USD). Valid for one (1) year from purchase. When it lapses you may renew it in place for another year; renewal keeps the same profile link, and is a fresh one-time payment you choose to make. It is never charged automatically.
• Astrologer Directory Listing — ₹2,999 (INR) or $49 (USD). Valid for one (1) year from purchase. A listing automatically expires at the end of its term and is removed from the public directory unless you renew it. Renewal is a fresh one-time payment you choose to make.

5. Family Pages & Adding Other People

A family page groups several Professional Horoscope Profiles onto a single link. You may add a profile you own, or invite someone whose profile is in their own account — that invitation only takes effect if they accept it. You may also add a name-only card that carries a person's name and their relationship to the family but no birth details.

By adding anyone other than yourself, you confirm that you have that person's permission to do so, and — where they are under 18 — that you are their parent or lawful guardian and accept responsibility for their profile being on that page. Anyone holding the page's link can open the profiles on it, so please treat the link as public and share it deliberately.

Please also note how a page changes hands: a family page belongs to the person who created it, but if their own profile lapses, ownership passes automatically to another member of that page whose profile is still active, so the page keeps working. Whoever owns a page can rename it, add members, set or remove its PIN, and remove any card from it — including yours. You can take your own profile off a page at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scraping or overloading it, uploading unlawful or infringing content, impersonating others, or using it in violation of any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, design, and original content are owned by ASTROZONE (OPC) PVT LTD and protected by applicable laws. Content you submit (such as profile details, photos, or documents) remains yours; by submitting it you grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it as part of providing the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including Razorpay (payments) and Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, hosting, and storage). Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective provider's terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that calculations are error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASTROZONE (OPC) PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hassan, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
